The Roohan Building in downtown
Saratoga Springs is part of numerous renovations and construction projects
taking place in Downtown Saratoga over the past few years.
The conceptual drawings were done in collaboration with
the office of Frost Architecture of Saratoga. The four story
building contains a mixed occupancy of retail, office and residential
spaces. Although it is new
construction, the rich detailing of the brick work ties the building in to
the existing historical context of the city.
